Single occupancy from £40.00 to £45.00
Family room £85.00 for families with children up to 16.

Reservations/Cancellation
Policy - Your deposit is equal to your first nights accommodation and the balance is payable upon arrival. In the event of your cancellation, for whatever reason, your deposit is non refundable or transferable. Cancellations within 7 days or less than your intended arrival date will incur full cost of your stay. During your stay should you decide to cut your visit short, for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to any refund and still be obligated to pay the full amount of the balance of your stay, for the reserved dates. Party reservations of 3 or more rooms, corporate and long stay reservations require full payment in advance. 50 percent at time of reservation and balance 7 days prior to arrival, unless previously agreed and confirmed by us in writing. We strongly recommend you take adequate travel insurance.

Accessibility - All rooms are ground floor, with either one step up to the room in three rooms or two steps down to the bedroom in two of the rooms. All rooms en-suite with two rooms having walk in shower.
Private parking available outside rooms. One step up to reception and through to dining area with double doors to both areas.
Drive way and car park tarmac, level surface throughout / to garden.
